Your Mission Meet with homeowners in person to present offers and negotiate contracts. Turn warm leads into signed deals through persuasive communication and rapid follow-up. Conduct on-site property evaluations to determine fair and profitable offers. Manage your pipeline like a pro, follow up, follow through, and never let a deal slip. Consistently hit (and beat) your monthly and quarterly goals. Collaborate with our Inside Sales and Ops teams to ensure smooth deal flow.
