Construction Project Manager

Role Overview As a Project Manager at Colliers, you will lead project solutions for clients, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will build strong relationships with clients, brokers, vendors, and internal staff. Key Responsibilities Ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within the allocated budget. Build and maintain strong rapport with clients and brokers to clarify scope and deliverables. Demonstrate strong communication skills with internal staff, external clients, and vendors, managing multiple priorities effectively. Manage multiple projects across various locations through the full lifecycle: identification, design, planning, approvals, permitting, construction, and completion. Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation in alignment with company and client governance standards. Review and support change requests by assessing impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, tracking actual dates and providing timely updates. Prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism. Leverage expertise in proposal development, analytical review, cost estimating, and interior project execution. Maintain a general understanding of construction drawings. Travel as needed to various property and construction locations. Requirements 3+ years of project management experience in a professional services environment. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience. Self-starter with the ability to receive feedback constructively and work effectively with limited direction. Working knowledge of financial terms and basic financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Benefits & Compensation Approximate Compensation Range: $112,796 to $121,367. Annual bonus based on company and individual performance. Basic life/AD&D and short‑term/long‑term disability insurance. 401(k) plan with employer match. 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15 days vacation annually; senior‑level roles may have unlimited time off. 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days per year. 12 weeks paid parental leave for birth parents and 4 weeks for non‑birth parents (including adoptive/foster).
