They are seeking a Senior Project Manager who wants to take ownership of complex projects while continuing to grow as construction leaders. Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holiday Pay, and Retirement Benefits A very positive, family-oriented company who all support each other and work together as a team Stable Pipeline of Commercial Projects What You'll Be Doing Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and project execution strategies Oversee subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Conduct owner, architect, and contractor meetings Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and cost control Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or budget Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers Collaborate closely with field teams, operations leadership, and company executives What We're Looking For 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience Experience leading ground-up commercial construction, tenant improvement, and/or complex phased projects Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls Experience managing owner relationships and subcontractor teams Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and leadership skills Procore experience preferred Sage 300 CRE experience preferred Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office This Could Be the Right Move If...
