Role: A Housekeeping Runner is responsible for assisting and supporting the housekeeping department, to ensure the smooth operation of the department and working as a team. They are expected to deliver excellent service to our teams and our guest. Responsibilities: Follow all Safety and Security procedures to protect and ensure the safety of our guests, employees and assets. Maintain a flexible work schedule based on business needs. Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with owners and guests. Report all maintenance deficiencies to Status Board. Maintain organization in housekeeping storage areas, supply rooms, and linen storage areas. Fulfill guest requests for additional housekeeping supplies. Resupply Guest Room Attendant carts and/or other associate requests as required. Perform all other job requests as assigned by management. Requirements: Six (6) months experience in some area of housekeeping or janitorial preferable. Basic knowledge on handling devices and radios. Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, holiday and weekends. At least 18 years of age. Capability to understand fundamental English. Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, kneeling and stretching most of the working day. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Able to work in areas containing dust, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration and air quality.
