Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do

• Manage live shipments from pickup to delivery
• Communicate with drivers and customers in real time
• Track freight, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to keep everything moving
• Handle a high volume of calls (100+ daily)

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in customer service, operations, call center, or logistics
• Strong communication + attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Grit, urgency, and a team-first mindset
