Legal Assistant Paralegal

Experience : 2+ years About the firm : A highly respected and established California law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join its growing team in El Segundo, California. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with accomplished attorneys while supporting sophisticated employment law matters in a collaborative and professional environment. Responsibilities : Support attorneys throughout all stages of employment litigation. Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and legal documents. Manage court filings and maintain case files. Coordinate calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and meetings. Communicate with clients and other parties involved in litigation matters. Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working in employment law. Strong knowledge of California employment law procedures. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with legal technology platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Salary and Other Compensation : The annual salary for this position is between $65K – $100K.
