Maybe required to float to sister site, Banner Goldfield, dependent on staffing and census. AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA

Candidates
must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later
•
RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO
during the first week of assignment
•
Please list all facilities the candidate is willing to work in. Specify
facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state
•
All shifts the candidate is willing to work
•
All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work
All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.

RequirementDescription:

Must have a minimum of 24 months PCU experience (with recent experience in last 12
