With multiple locations nationwide, the organization combines the resources and stability of an established manufacturer with the collaborative culture and personal approach of a family-owned business.Job DescriptionPerform and support product inspections and quality verification activities. Lead corrective action investigations and CAPA initiatives. Manage customer RMAs and quality-related concerns. Collaborate directly with customers to address quality issues and improvement opportunities. Prepare and submit PPAP documentation. Support quality system compliance and continuous improvement activities. Analyze quality data and identify trends. Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve nonconformances. Assist with audits and quality documentation. Hands-on inspection experience required. PPAP experience required. CAPA experience required. Experience handling RMAs and customer quality concerns. Familiarity with ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems preferred. CMM experience, particularly MCOSMOS, is a plus.
