Location: South Side, Chicago, IL
A skilled nursing facility on the South Side of Chicago is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facility operations, staff, and regulatory compliance (IDPH)
- Lead department heads and support team development
- Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and census growth
- Manage financial performance and budgets
Qualifications
- Active Illinois LNHA license required
- 2+ years of Administrator experience in skilled nursing
- Strong knowledge of regulations and leadership skills
