Loan Processor

We are looking for a Full-Time Loan Processor to work in our Marion, WI office. Premier Community Bank is seeking a detail-oriented person to support our lending team by preparing loan documentation, maintaining accurate loan records, and ensuring a smooth loan process from preparation through closing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to support both customers and lending staff. What You'll Do: Prepare loan documents for new, renewed, and modified consumer, commercial, agricultural, and home equity loans Review loan files for completeness, including title work, insurance documentation, credit reports, flood certifications, appraisals, disclosures, and other required documents. Fund loans via checks or wires. Upload loans to Bank core system and verify accuracy after closing. Qualifications & Skills for Success: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two to three years of loan processing or related banking experience preferred. Knowledge of consumer, commercial, agricultural, and home equity lending products preferred. Understanding of lending regulations and compliance requirements. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. What Makes Premier Community Bank Premier?
