Support the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance development of dining services team members. Help create a positive dining experience by addressing resident concerns, supporting special events, and fostering exceptional customer service. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout dining areas and service operations. Maintain accurate records, assist with expense monitoring, coordinate equipment maintenance, and support community objectives. Provide hands‑on support with dining service operations as needed, including taking orders, serving residents, and assisting guests. Monitor staffing levels and labor utilization, making recommendations to support operational and financial goals. Promote a collaborative, positive team culture by encouraging employee engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
