Ideal Siding Franchise ManagerYour role will focus on project management, customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.Here's what a typical day might look like:Morning Check-In: Review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day's tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries.Client Communication: Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.Midday Operations: Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.Problem-Solving: Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.Daily Wrap-Up: Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications:Construction Operations Experience: Experience in project management or operations, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field.Leadership and Organizational Skills: Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.Tech-savvy: Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and on-site management.Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local).Company Overview:Founded with a vision to make siding installation a more streamlined, stress-free, and fair-priced experience for homeowners, Ideal Siding has rapidly expanded to 75 locations across the U.S. and Canada, becoming one of North America's fastest-growing home renovation companies.With our streamlined processes and deep expertise in home renovations, we offer customers seamless project management from initial consultation to final delivery.
