Insurance Support Associate

- Experience: 1–2 years in insurance service or non-call support.
- Operational Skills: Ability to manage 5–10 state licenses and navigate complex CRM dashboards.
- Communication: Problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- License: Active Texas P&C License is preferred, but not required.

- Manage inbound calls, chats, and texts with a focus on warm service and retention/cross-sell identification.
- Process policy endorsements, audits, and updates across 20+ top carriers and 150+ systems.
- Maintain 98%+ accuracy while adhering to state regulations and carrier SLAs.
- Navigate Salesforce, Vonage, and multi-carrier platforms with precision.
