The product supports 12 languages, uses validated instruments, requires no account for its free screening, and offers optional personalised reports. It is an educational screening tool—not a diagnosis. We are hiring a hands-on Growth & SEO Lead to build a durable organic growth engine across search, content, conversion and international expansion. You will combine rigorous analysis with excellent judgement on a sensitive health topic. What you will own Develop the organic growth strategy across technical SEO, content, topical authority and digital PR. Find high-intent opportunities around AuDHD, adult ADHD, autism, masking and related questions. Create and manage content briefs, landing pages, internal linking and refresh programmes. Improve conversion from educational content to free screening and optional reports. Use analytics and search data to prioritise experiments, measure impact and communicate learnings. Build repeatable multilingual localisation workflows without publishing thin or misleading content. Partner with product and design on onboarding, trust, retention and referral loops. What we are looking for Evidence that you have grown organic acquisition for a consumer product or content-led business. Strong grasp of technical SEO, keyword research, content operations and conversion optimisation. Comfort working with analytics, Search Console, dashboards and experimentation. Excellent English writing and editing; additional languages are valuable. Sound judgement about evidence, medical disclaimers and responsible health communication. A builder mindset: you can move from strategy to briefs, pages, tests and results. Nice to have: consumer health, programmatic SEO, lifecycle email, partnerships, digital PR or multilingual growth.
