HR Manager – Vancouver, WA

Direct Hire | Hybrid | Up to $125K DOE

CV Resources is partnering with a stable, well-established organization in Vancouver, WA to hire an experienced HR Manager . This is a highly visible role within a small HR team and offers an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to grow into senior HR leadership.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys being hands-on while also contributing to broader strategy. Talent acquisition will be a significant part of the position , alongside compensation, compliance, leave administration, employee engagement, and HR systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership on hiring strategies, job descriptions, and compensation ranges.
• Support compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and internal equity analysis.
• Administer leave programs including FMLA, state paid leave, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and return-to-work.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Support employee engagement, retention, performance management, investigations, and other HR initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS data and utilize reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience
• Strong HR generalist background with meaningful talent acquisition/recruiting experience
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Paycom experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of employment compliance and HR best practices
• Ability to operate independently within a small, versatile HR team
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to balance hands-on HR responsibilities with strategic initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
