Speech Pathologist Career Opportunity Join Encompass Health as a Speech Pathologist to provide speech and language rehabilitation to patients within our inpatient rehabilitation facilities. Responsibilities Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify speech therapy problems and modify treatment plans as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories throughout their recovery. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
