Industrial Mechanic

Job TitleStarting pay is $30.03/hour. Work 50% of the year with weekends on for 1 month, weekends off the next.What We Offer You:Starting pay is $30.03/hour, with overtime available. Only work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of scheduled overtime every two weeks. $0.25/hr increase every 6 months for the first two years. Quarterly bonus based on plant performance. Additional quarterly attendance bonus. Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems. Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010. Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.We Need You To Have:High school diploma, GED, or equivalency. Technical school degree or certification in a related field is a plus. Ability to learn the use of SPC and to utilize it as a tool for continuous improvement.
