Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Receptionist / Recruiter to join our team in Richmond/Chesterfield, VA. This role is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates while providing exceptional service to both clients and associates. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish . Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of positions Conduct phone and in-person interviews Match qualified candidates with client job openings Maintain regular communication with associates and clients Assist with onboarding paperwork and compliance requirements Manage daily recruiting activities, including job postings and sourcing Provide ongoing support to associates throughout their assignments Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Prior recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and basic office software Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($19–$21/hour) Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends) Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr
