This role goes beyondaccounting;you’llalsoplay akey part in strengthening our operational processes, improving workflows, and helping shape the financial backbone of our growing business. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM WhatYou’llDo Handle critical accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, inventory & cash controls, internal audits, and financial reporting. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end processes Assistwith budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Develop and implement efficient accounting workflows and operational processes Partner with leadership to create, refine, and enforceStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)across the store Generate advanced financial reports andprovideactionable insights to support decision-making Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and lead implementation initiatives Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls WhatWe’reLooking For Bachelor’s degree (or higher) inAccounting 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience Proventrack recordof improving workflows and implementing new processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence teams Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate across departments Advanced reporting and analytical capabilities Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, notrequired)
