Head of Marketing, IO Lung

AstraZeneca seeks a Head of Marketing for US Immuno-Oncology Lung therapies to lead integrated marketing strategy across multiple products and indications. This leadership role spans current brands and pipeline opportunities, requiring strategic vision translation into effective commercial execution and team development across HCP, patient, and consumer audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver integrated US lung immuno-oncology marketing strategy across multiple products and indications
- Lead development of pre-launch, launch and post-launch strategies including brand plans and competitive readiness
- Establish HCP, patient and consumer strategies translating market insights into differentiated programs
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to align strategic priorities, execution plans and performance measures
- Oversee lung IO P&L, manage investment prioritization and program budgets with operating efficiency focus
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- 10+ years pharmaceutical or related commercial experience
- Substantial US Oncology marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience developing integrated brand or franchise strategies across multiple indications or products
- Proven people leadership with ability to build and develop high-performing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and commercialization processes
- Experience across HCP and patient or consumer marketing using multiple channels
