Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
