NP-PA-General Surgery-APP Manager-INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY (Metro Region)

Indiana University Medical Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Full‑Time General Surgery APP Manager role. This position is open to internal candidates only and supports all advanced practice providers in the Division of General Surgery. Patient Population Varied patient population with general surgery needs, including emergency general surgery and colorectal procedures. Procedures Drain removal, staple/suture removal, wound vacuum management. Key Responsibilities Oversee a team of 11 APPs across five clinical locations (IU Health West Hospital, IU North Hospital, Fishers Hospital, University Hospital, Methodist Hospital), managing employee relations, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and clinical oversight. Maintain an active clinical practice and provide direct patient care, ensuring continued competency and mentorship. Promote a positive work environment and high‑quality patient care delivery. Qualifications Master’s degree required. Must be an ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA. Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently within a team atmosphere.
