Job Description :

More advanced DBA support within enterprise environment

Must-Haves:

• Oracle RAC
• Oracle Exadata
• Oracle GoldenGate ( big priority )
• Experience supporting both on-prem and OCI environments

What Manager Cares About (for the roles):

• Hands-on experience over just years of experience
• True enterprise environment exposure (not entry-level backgrounds)
• Strong troubleshooting + performance tuning
• Ability to handle critical systems and uptime expectations
• Automation mindset is a plus

On-Call / Team Structure:

• Rotational on-call (not overly heavy but must be reliable)
• Tier 1 support is offshore (Philippines)
• This team = Tier 2 escalation
• Expectations when on-call:
  • Respond within ~15 minutes
  • Jump in quickly on business-impacting issues
  • Help drive resolution + root cause analysis

Additional Notes:

• Backups and recovery reliability are a major focus area
• Candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting performance issues proactively
• Certifications (Oracle DBA) + CS degree are nice to have, not required
