Job Description Reports To: Assistant General Manager Collaborates With: General Manager Position Purpose and Objectives The Breakfast Host supports BryantCorp’s vision of building better communities through beautiful spaces. The host assists the hotel General Manager and Assistant General Manager to accomplish company goals. This early‑morning position begins at 5 am and involves preparing and serving a fresh, inviting complimentary breakfast, greeting guests, and delivering superior service. Preferred Qualifications Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow‑through, courtesy, and cooperativeness, with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Principal Job Functions and Responsibilities Respond to guest requests promptly in a friendly, professional manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Present a professional image through appearance, dress, and attitude. Multi‑task and prioritize duties. Stock food and silverware for breakfast buffets. Clear tables during the complimentary breakfast period. Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report defects for repair. Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area. Clean all dishes during and after the breakfast period. Provide exemplary guest service, demonstrating a personal commitment to guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as requested by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager. BryantCorp is an equal opportunity employer.
