This is an entry-level position that requires attention to detail, ability to work well with a team, and perform job responsibilities without regular supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and Route Calls and Email: Monitor and maintain office phones and email inbox and route communication appropriately.
• Greet Clients : Create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Mail Checks: Prepare, process, and ensure timely mailing of checks to clients and vendors.
• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing updates related to escrow processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with various tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and light cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with escrow or financial software is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to team success.
