What You'll Do Process, monitor, balance, and resolve exceptions for incoming and outgoing ACH transactions within established deadlines. Handle ACH disputes, returns, stop payments, reclamations, and other research requests according to applicable rules and procedures. Maintain debit and credit card services, including account updates, closures, limit changes, restrictions, and other card-related requests. Review Remote Deposit Capture transactions, identify potential fraud, process exceptions, and adjust member deposit limits. Establish and maintain ACH, wire, Treasury Management, and Business Online Banking services for business members. Research and resolve payment-related questions from members and team members, providing timely follow-up. Process mail payments and support daily operations for Credit Union owned credit lines. Maintain department procedures and recommend improvements that strengthen efficiency, controls, and member service. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. At least two years' experience working in a financial institution, ACH or Credit and Debit card operations preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, alongside other banking software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities. A self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills when researching discrepancies and resolving payment-related issues.
