divh2Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift/h2pMaintenance Technician 2nd Shift/ppSt Paul, MN 55117/pp$25.00-35.00/hr/ppFullTime/ph3Job Description/h3pAbout the Opportunity:/pp Job Title: Maintenance Technician/pp Pay Rate Range: $25.00-$35.00/Hour/pp Location: St Paul, MN/pp Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 6 Start between 2:30PM 3PM and end between 1AM 2AM/pp Position Type: Temp to Hire/ppRequirements and Qualifications:/pulliMinimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience./liliProficiency with power and hand tools./liliPreferred experience with equipment such as Drop Packers, Top Sealers, Palletizers, Case Erectors, and Blow Molding machines./liliPneumatics (cylinders, valves, solenoids, etc.)./liliHydraulics (cylinders, valves, solenoids, etc.)./liliElectrical (knowledge of multimeters, 24v to 480v 3-phase power, electric motors, VFDs etc.)./liliAutomation systems (photo eyes, proximity switches, limit switches, etc.)./liliVarious pumps (diaphragm, centrifugal, and displacement)./liliMechanical skills (motor and gearbox changeouts/alignment, bearing replacement, and reading mechanical blueprints)./li/ulpDuties and Responsibilities:/polliDemonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment./liliPerforms emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment during active operations./liliCompletes daily preventative maintenance (PMs), general maintenance tasks, and routine production line changeovers./liliUtilizes CCMS and Red Zone systems to document and track repairs, supporting efforts to minimize downtime and improve overall production efficiency./liliAdheres to all safety standards and ensures a safe working environment at all times./liliMaintains a clean and organized workstation, including surrounding areas./liliProvides support to other team members as needed to meet production goals./liliFollows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, conduct, and appearance standards./liliPerforms other duties as assigned by management./liliCommunicates effectively and professionally with colleagues across all departments./li/olpDiscover Award Staffing:/ppAt Award Staffing, we believe that work should be more than just a paycheckit should inspire, empower, and create a sense of purpose.
