Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Resource Specialist Care Manager to support families of medically complex children. You will provide emotional support, care coordination, and resourcing assistance using an integrated platform with a full interdisciplinary team including physicians, RNs, therapists, and navigators. Travel up to 10% for offsite meetings, training, and education. Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm EST with some shifts 10:00am–7:00pm EST, Monday–Friday. #J-18808-Ljbffr Imagine Pediatrics
