What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care within the Operating Room setting.
• Assess patient needs and utilize the nursing process effectively.
• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care and education.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and technicians.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Manage and monitor patient vital signs and responses during procedures.
• Document care activities accurately and timely.
• Support the healthcare team in achieving optimal patient outcomes.

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Florida RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience working in an OR environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Additional certifications relevant to perioperative care
