DFW Regional HR Leader: Talent, Training & Compliance

EZCORP in Dallas/Fort Worth seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple stores. You will drive talent acquisition, successor planning, employee development and performance management while upholding policies and regulatory compliance. You will partner with field leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, manage benefits and compensation, and guide trainings, onboarding, and investigations as needed.
