Several contract positions are available throughout the district, supporting a range of settings—including life skills classrooms, autism support (STEPs), and behavioral support environments. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with students, empowering them to succeed both academically and personally.

Candidates will complete an interview with an account manager prior to being considered for placement, so you’ll have the chance to share your experience and area of expertise to find your best fit. Those recommended by the manager will move forward in the hiring process. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of paraprofessional or related school experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a paraprofessional or similar role within K-12 education
• Ability to assist with life skills, autism spectrum support programs, and behavioral support
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and a genuine passion for student success
• Commitment to a professional and collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers and special education staff in daily instruction and classroom management
• Provide 1:1 and small group student support as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Assist with classroom organization and materials preparation
