Head of Account Management

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Head of Account Management will coach and develop Account Managers while managing a small portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on renewals, growth strategies, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, setting quotas and tracking performance Manage a small portfolio of key accounts, overseeing renewal and growth efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account management strategies with client needs and company objectives Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within SaaS, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Experience in a startup or small company, demonstrating autonomy and process-building skills Proven track record of setting and achieving team quotas and managing pipeline reviews Strong understanding of tax workflows and reporting, particularly K-1 and partnership structures Comfort with CRM and analytics tools for monitoring account health and identifying growth opportunities
