Growth Marketing Manager (Denver)

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to join our cross-brand marketing team supporting Peterson’s, RMC Learning Solutions, Animal Behavior College, and Dean Vaughn. This role will focus on identifying and executing growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization, with an emphasis on turning site traffic into signups and revenue.

The ideal candidate brings experience in subscription, retention, lifecycle/CRM, or data-driven performance marketing and is comfortable using funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and channel performance data to identify opportunities and measure results. You’ll collaborate with brand stakeholders, content teams, and product partners across the portfolio, shifting between brands and priorities based on where your work can have the greatest impact. 

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable growth across one or more portfolio brands by identifying and executing opportunities in acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Apply specialized growth marketing expertise where it can have the greatest impact across the portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with brand stakeholders, content teams, and product partners while moving between brands and priorities as business needs change.
• Analyze revenue, signup, funnel, and channel performance data to identify opportunities and determine what is working.
• Support campaign execution across email, web, paid, and partner channels as needed.
• Contribute to shared marketing infrastructure, including playbooks, testing frameworks, and reporting standards, to help the team move faster and work more consistently across brands. 

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in subscription, retention, or lifecycle marketing, or a strongly data-driven performance marketing background.
• Comfortable working with funnel metrics, conversion flows, cohort analysis, and LTV/CAC-style thinking.
• Proven ability to work across multiple products, brands, or business lines and manage changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience using spreadsheets and dashboards to turn data into action.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Comfort with and interest in AI tools and emerging technologies. 

Nice to Have

• Experience in education, certification/exam prep, or subscription-based digital products.
• Familiarity with lifecycle/CRM platforms such as MailerLite, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Experience working within a portfolio or multi-brand company structure. 

Additional Details

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Denver and is open to Colorado candidates only. The salary range is $75,000–$85,000 , depending on experience.
