Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeA Pharmacist who excels in this role:Manages drug therapy protocols as part of an interdisciplinary team.Reviews, interprets, and evaluates medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related problems.Provides drug information and education to medical staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmacy students.Documents interventions and outcomes for drug therapy quality improvement.Verifies medication orders for accuracy/completeness prior to entry; checks filled medications prepared by technicians; maintains proficiency with pharmacy automated systems and software.Manages patients in an outpatient anticoagulation clinic, including point-of-care testing, result evaluation, dosing, and scheduling.Participates in performance improvement and required continuing education.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
