Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities by reviewing their medical histories and assessing their current conditions.
• Engage in thorough consultations with patients to understand their symptoms, movement limitations, and personal goals for rehabilitation.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and create tailored rehabilitation programs that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
• Instruct patients in effective therapeutic techniques and ensure they are correctly utilizing any recommended assistive devices, such as walkers or wheelchairs.
• Provide hands-on therapy including soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic massage, and other interventions aimed at promoting healing and wellness.
• Maintain detailed patient records, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with recovery goals.
• Advise patients and their families on in-home care strategies and exercises to facilitate recovery outside the clinical environment.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to share vital patient information, ensuring a coherent approach to treatment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
