Work Environment

This onsite role is based in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in beautiful Daytona Beach. Working Monday through Friday, your schedule will encompass a standard 40-hour work week, allowing you to enjoy a fulfilling professional life while experiencing the vibrant community that Daytona Beach has to offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and coordination with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes, ensuring each client's journey through rehabilitation is as seamless as possible.
• Provide evidence-based care in both clinic and home settings, utilizing various procedures and techniques aligned with the physician's plan of care.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary for ongoing recovery.
• Monitor and meet minimum utilization goals while contributing to the business objectives of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients encompass a broad spectrum of demographics and conditions, allowing you to engage with various specialties. Qualifications

• Completion of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program, leading to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for building relationships with patients and collaborating with the team.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and documenting patient care efficiently.
• Ability to establish strong connections with patients, motivating them to exceed their functional goals through effective support.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly desired.
• Two years of clinical experience in a similar setting is preferred, with a focus on rehabilitation outcomes.
• Current CPR Certification.

Compensation and Benefits
