Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs by conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Guide patients through therapy sessions, using techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modality applications to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvements, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress in line with our clinical systems for efficient tracking and billing, ensuring all care orders are executed properly.
• Engage actively with employers, referral sources, and payer groups, fostering relationships through regular updates and communication strategies to enhance collaborative care.
• Adhere to Florida State Practice Act and all associated regulations to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from athletes recovering from injuries to elderly individuals managing chronic conditions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of diverse rehabilitation practices to cater to varied needs, emphasizing patient-centered approaches that align therapy goals with individual lifestyles and aspirations.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Possession of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
• Organizational skills that facilitate the management of multiple patient caseloads effectively.
• A proven capacity to adapt to fast-paced and ever-changing work environments.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
