Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office, which is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for patients undergoing treatment. You will collaborate with a close-knit team that currently includes two fellow physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technologies to support effective therapy practices and optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical needs and establish clear treatment goals.
• Manage a caseload with a personal focus by providing individualized therapy to one patient per hour.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, focusing on mobility restoration and pain management.
• Design and modify comprehensive care plans that utilize various treatment modalities, techniques, and exercise protocols.
• Motivate and engage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care strategies to meet patient needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Superior Balance Physical Health Therapy, you will primarily engage with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Our focus is on patients of various ages and activity levels, creating a diverse environment that demands tailored therapeutic strategies and a compassionate approach. You will play a key role in reducing patients' reliance on medications and guiding them toward functional independence through comprehensive rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques with a proven track record of effective implementation.
• Exceptional ability to develop structured exercise programs that cater to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), especially WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
• A solid grasp of current evidence-based practices in rehabilitation and physical therapy.
• Experience in group therapies or community outreach programs can be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
