Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, focusing on home care, which means you will administer services directly in patients' residences, providing a comfortable and familiar environment for recovery. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, reflecting our commitment to work-life balance. The home care setting allows for personalized interaction with patients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships and enhancing treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and establish personalized therapy goals tailored to individual conditions and lifestyles.
• Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one individual per hour to ensure high-quality care and personalized attention.
• Administer cost-effective therapies designed to improve clients' range of motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Encourage proactive participation from patients during their rehabilitation to optimize functionality and promote empowerment.
• Document all patient encounters and treatment interventions accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Your expertise will primarily benefit patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and challenges related to chronic pain. You will work closely with individuals seeking to regain their physical capabilities and improve their athletic performance or day-to-day functionality. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree (MPT or DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida with no records of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise program development, and implementation.
• Experience working with EMR systems such as WebPT, showcasing strong documentation practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and motivation among team members and patients alike.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
