Work Environment

Our onsite Rehabilitation Center in Daytona Beach provides a modern, well-equipped facility designed to serve as a hub for healing and therapy. The work schedule allows for a balance between work and personal time, with shifts from Monday to Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM and a 4-hour shift on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their needs and establish individual treatment plans based on diagnostic criteria and physician referrals.
• Utilize effective physical therapy techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to treat a diverse patient population.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory and departmental standards while participating in the utilization review process when required.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment plans, anticipated outcomes, and adjustments as necessary based on progress.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, aides, and students to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care.
• Play an active role in departmental operations, including scheduling, supply management, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapist will provide care to a wide range of patients, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Qualifications

• A valid state Physical Therapist license is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field, with a preference for Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, showcasing effective patient care skills in a rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
