Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite in patients' homes across the Daytona Beach area, where you will enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist in our Home Care setting, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, assessing their physical capabilities and developing effective treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions that may include various exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of assistive devices to alleviate pain and improve functionality.
• Tracking patient progress through diligent documentation, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Providing education to patients, their families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and the use of assistive devices, empowering them to engage actively in the rehabilitation process.
• Attending workshops and professional development opportunities to maintain your licensure and enhance your skills in the ever-evolving field of physical therapy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience
