Work Environment

Our work hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing for a well-balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, establishing treatment goals and planning effective therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain an appropriate caseload, ensuring that each patient receives sufficient time and attention for optimal care delivery.
• Utilize advanced orthopedic techniques and modalities to support recovery in patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions.
• Implement evidence-based treatment methods to promote functional improvement and reduce pain while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and effective outcomes.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive environment that encourages active participation in their recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid and active Physical Therapist license in Florida (FL), free from any history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrate a strong foundation in multiple manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of exercise science.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with familiarity in WebPT preferred for efficient documentation and reporting.
• Show a commitment to ongoing professional development and utilize research-supported techniques in practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in developing and managing exercise programs tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Previous experience in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
