Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, collaborating closely with the physician and patient care team to develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize achievable goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with the established plan of care, which may include exercises, manual therapy, and the use of various modalities to improve patients' functional abilities.

• Keep detailed, timely documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations.
• Prioritize your caseload efficiently, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in Florida.

• Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with proven ability to manage a diverse patient caseload.

Compensation and Benefits
