Technical Business Analyst - Fairlawn, OH (Onsite)

Technical Business AnalystIn a project team setting, defines functional requirements, creates documentation, writes user stories and facilitates testing with the business stakeholders. Serves as liaison between IT and other business units to provide core competency and in-depth knowledge of product life cycle/inventory management from DCs to stores and customers.Responsibilities:Work with the business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirementsWork with the business stakeholders and project team to document requirementsWork with the project team and system owners to identify and document impacted systemsConduct requirements walkthroughs with various cross functional teams and vendor partnersAssist vendor partners and cross functional teams in creating user storiesWork with the project team to identify highest priority functionality to be delivered in each sprintCreate test plan and orchestrate testingHand off the test plan to Testing Analyst and QE team for executionProvide help and guidance as needed during testingQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience working in the Retail industryUnderstand how product moves from inventory management to distribution center to stores/customersExperience with Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and ConfluenceComfortable working in a hybrid Agile and Waterfall approachExperience with facilitating testing with the business stakeholdersAbility to gather requirementsAbility to document processesAbility to gauge the system/solution meets the requirementsCreate test plans from requirementsDriving the effort
