About the Company

The Product Manager (Mid) supports the development and evolution of the client’s Store Execution Platform, helping deliver modern, scalable, and intelligent experiences for stores, franchisees, and operations teams.

About the Role

This role partners closely with engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders to define and deliver products that improve store efficiency, execution, and decision-making. As a Product Manager, you will contribute to roadmap planning and own execution of product features and capabilities, including automation, workflow optimization, and emerging AI-enabled use cases. You will play a key role in translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong product fundamentals, collaborates effectively across teams, and has working knowledge of modern software platforms, integrations, and evolving AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

35% Strategy & Planning

• Support identification of opportunities to improve store execution through automation, digital workflows, and data-driven insights.
• Contribute to product roadmap development aligned with team and platform priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and prioritize features.
• Help define and track product success metrics such as adoption, usability, efficiency gains, and operational impact.
• Stay informed on trends in retail technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

45% Delivery & Execution

• Own day-to-day execution of product initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Retail, convenience, operations, or platform experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering on APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Participate in discussions on system design, trade-offs, and technical dependencies.
• Support testing, validation, and iteration through MVPs, pilots, and releases.
• Partner with UX and research teams to test assumptions and improve user experience.
• Monitor product performance and help identify opportunities for optimization.

20% Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, operations, and business teams to deliver value.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Advocate for end users by understanding store and franchisee needs.
• Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to a collaborative, agile team environment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related role
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to translate user needs into product requirements and user stories
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams

Required Skills

• Retail, convenience, operations, or platform experience
• Experience working with modern Point of Sale (POS) solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience supporting products built on APIs, integrations, or cloud-based systems
• Familiarity with modern architecture concepts (APIs, microservices, event-driven systems)
• Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or data-driven product features
• Experience working with data, metrics, and experimentation frameworks
• Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to product trade-off decisions
