Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Equipment Operators for a new data center construction project in Benton, LA. We are looking for dependable operators with 3-5 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment in a commercial construction environment. Operators will be safely operating, loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and similar equipment.

Pay & Schedule: -Monday through Saturday -10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch) -Approximately 50 hours per week -$36.00/hour -$120/day worked up to 5 days, 7-days paid if 6 days are worked. -Long-term project opportunity

This is a great opportunity for experienced operators looking for steady hours, competitive pay, and the chance to work on a major new data center construction project.

Requirements: -Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience -Experience operating multiple types of equipment, including excavators, loaders, and skid steers -Ability to provide proof of NCCER or other industry-recognized equipment training certification. -OSHA-10 -Experience supporting commercial construction. -Ability to travel and work extended hours
