Job Description

Responsibilities

Abrasive Blasting of tanks, pipe, and industrial equipment
Surface Preparation to SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile requirements
Coating Application using primers, epoxies, urethanes, and topcoats
Equipment Maintenance for blasting pots, hoses, nozzles, and spray systems
Quality Control including mil‐thickness checks and adhesion verification
Follow all Safety Procedures including PPE and respirator use
Material handling and staging of components for blasting and coating
Other duties assigned by management

Requirements

3+ years experience in sandblasting or industrial coating
Knowledge of coating systems and surface prep standards
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in full PPE
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to work in industrial/oilfield environments
