Responsibilities
- Abrasive Blasting of tanks, pipe, and industrial equipment
- Surface Preparation to SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile requirements
- Coating Application using primers, epoxies, urethanes, and topcoats
- Equipment Maintenance for blasting pots, hoses, nozzles, and spray systems
- Quality Control including mil‐thickness checks and adhesion verification
- Follow all Safety Procedures including PPE and respirator use
- Material handling and staging of components for blasting and coating
- Other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sandblasting or industrial coating
- Knowledge of coating systems and surface prep standards
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in full PPE
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in industrial/oilfield environments
