Schedule

Shift: 06:30 - 15:00, 5x8 schedule. Weekend hours required every other week or as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in OR Surgery to join our dynamic surgical team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality perioperative nursing care and be integral in supporting both the surgical team and patients throughout their surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care to surgical patients.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of a sterile surgical environment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and overall health status during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OR setting.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, HWC.
