Job Description

The Litigation Associate will handle day-to-day tasks including conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements. The associate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, appearing in court, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex litigation cases.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law, Civil and Insurance Litigation.

• Ability to conduct thorough Legal Research and provide sound Legal Advice

• Strong Negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• NJ and NY Bar admission is required

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
