LPNTryfacta is seeking a LPN for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position Title: LPNLocation: Vestal, NY 13850Duration: 16 weeks (possible extension)Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (02:45 – 11:15)Pay rate: $38- $42/hr (negotiable)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Administer medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor and document patient conditions and vital signsAssist patients with daily living activitiesMaintain accurate and timely chartingCollaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staffEnsure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standardsProvide compassionate care and support to patients and familiesTo be considered for this position, you should have:Active LVN/LPN licenseCurrent BLS certification preferredMinimum 1 year of recent clinical experience preferredStrong communication and patient care skillsAbility to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environmentsTryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
